OUR HISTORY
It all began in 1993 on the hill of Cimiez. Since then, the group has grown brand by brand, each dedicated to one profession, and today offers a 360° real estate service, supported by a network of partners: legal, tax, valuation, architecture and renovation.
Cimiez Boulevard
Jean-Laurent Lepeu founds Cimiez Boulevard on the hill of Cimiez, in Nice. The agency becomes the benchmark for property sales in Cimiez, Rimiez and Gairaut.
Riviera Boulevard
Riviera Boulevard is born, dedicated to luxury property sales from Menton to Saint-Tropez, along with the bet on a new real estate agency model, combining the traditional and the digital.
Estate Boulevard
The group creates Estate Boulevard, new-generation property management: residential lettings, holiday rentals and portfolio management.
Asset Boulevard
Asset Boulevard completes the offer with buy-to-let investment and new-build property. Boulevard Group now provides a 360° real estate offer.

Drawing on their complementary experience, the founders of Boulevard Group designed a company built on talent and entirely dedicated to the success of each client’s project.
Founder of Cimiez Boulevard
Founder of the group’s original brand, Cimiez Boulevard, in 1993, Jean-Laurent has more than 35 years’ experience in every field of real estate. He is also the founder of MLS Côte d’Azur, which works for smoother, more transparent transactions through organised collaboration between professionals.
Management and property marketing
Miryam began her real estate career in Italy in 1997, as co-manager of the family business. Deeply attached to the human side of management, she showcases the properties and services of the group’s brands.
Digital strategy and client experience
With more than 25 years’ experience in digital and new technologies applied to real estate, Karine leads the group’s entire digital value chain, for a better client experience and stronger team performance.
